Do you stock sold-out products?

We don't have a general rule on refueling. Sometimes we are able to refuel, sometimes not. Please do not send multiple emails with the same questions, it will not make us respond faster.

This item I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?

If you want to be notified when we have more, click the Email when available button located in the lower right corner of the page for that item and you will receive an email when it is back in stock.

How do I know which size to order?

Inside the product you will find the size chart, which will show you the entire size guide.

Can I exchange this item of clothing for another size? And if I have already placed an order for another size, can I return it?

Unfortunately not. Clothing cannot be returned.

I am an international buyer, are customs fees included in the total shipment?

The total shipping only covers the costs associated with the delivery of the package. On top of that, some countries impose an additional duty on incoming purchases as they cross the border. If you are unsure whether or not your country has such an obligation, you may want to confirm your country's import policy before purchasing, as they vary from country to country.

Can I pay through another payment processor other than Paypal?

At the moment we only accept payments via Paypal but you can contact us to find a solution.

When will my account be charged for my order?

If your card is authorized, the payment will be made immediately and you will receive an e-mail confirming that the order was successful. If your card is not authorized, the payment will not be accepted and we will send you an email informing you that your bank or card issuer will not authorize the payment.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. Then you will receive another email when the order processing is finished.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

It is possible to change the order only during the order processing period.

Cash codes, campaigns and offers

We do not have the ability to activate any checkout codes after an order has been completed. The cashier code must be activated at checkout, before the purchase is completed to be valid.
